Firstly, a HUGE thank you to all 2016 Eastern Unigames Volunteers and Interns! Australian University Sport is extremely grateful for the all their hard work and invaluable contribution to a succesful 2016 Eastern University Games.
Internship and Volunteering opportunities for the 2017 Eastern Unigames are currently available.
Volunteering and interning at an Australian University Sport (AUS) event presents an opportunity to work alongside sport and event management professionals. Stand out from the crowd by developing new skills and acquiring real world experience. Internship and Games time volunteer positions also provide an opportunity to make new friends, learn and develop new skills, be part of a fast paced energetic environment but most importantly have fun.
As an intern or volunteer you will:
- Receive industry relevant training
- Be mentored by AUS staff
- Make industry contacts
- Build your resume with quality work experience
- Receive an event t-shirt, hoodie, certificate of appreciation
There are a number of internship opportunities available in the below functional areas. Generally, interns are required to commit to one day per week in the lead up to the Eastern University Games, then full time for the games week (Sunday 2 July - Thursday 6 July).
